A Palatka Roofing Company That Answers the Question You Asked

Most of our work starts with three questions from a homeowner: what caused it, what it will cost and what the options are. We answer each one plainly, show you what we saw on your roof and leave the decision with you.

How We Work on Your Home

A roof is mostly hidden. The shingles or panels you see sit on underlayment, flashing and decking, and that is where the real story is. So that is where we look before we talk about price. On a visit we walk the roof, check the attic when we can reach it and photograph anything that matters.

Then we explain it in order. First the cause: flashing lifted at a wall, nails backing out, a valley worn through, gutters spilling against the fascia. Next, what moves the cost: the size and pitch of the roof, how many layers come off, the condition of the decking underneath, the material you pick and the permit. Last, your options. Often that includes a repair that will hold for years. Sometimes it does not, and we tell you why.

We keep our work focused on the roof itself: roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and metal roofing. Staying close to that list means the person answering your questions knows the work being described. Your estimate is free and carries no obligation, and financing is available when a full replacement makes more sense than another patch.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • The cause, named first

Before any number, we tell you what is letting water in or wearing the roof down. If we cannot see it, we say so and explain how we would find it.

  • Repair when repair will hold

Plenty of roofs need one section fixed, not a whole new roof. We tell you which kind yours is and the reason, in plain terms.

  • Care for your home during the job

Shrubs and walkways get covered before the first shingle comes off, and debris goes into the trailer instead of onto the lawn. At the end of the job a magnetic roller passes over the grass and driveway to pick up loose roofing nails. Sealed penetrations, tidy edges and straight drip edge are part of the finish, not extras.

  • Clear help after a storm

Wind-driven rain and lifted shingles are what we see most after a storm. We offer free post-storm inspections, document the damage in photos and work directly with your insurance adjuster on storm damage claims. The adjuster decides coverage; our part is showing clearly what happened to the roof.

Where We Work

Humid summers and afternoon storms wear on every roof in the region, so the same habits travel with us to each job: look closely, explain plainly and leave the site clean.
